"Nu-Trend competently did the necessary emergency work when our home sustained water damage. Mike has been our go to person and he has coordinated a crew that so far has done a great job restoring our kitchen and basement. All drywall, painting, carpentry and flooring have been done by friendly, clean, competent individuals. We have been kept informed of when to expect workers and any minor deficiencies so far have been dealt with effectively. Our job is almost done and I expect my rating will be the same once the job concludes but I will update this review once all the work is complete. "We had water damage to our home and this emergency team came over and took out a device to check all areas of the house to see if there was water damage that wasn't visible to the eye. He was very thorough and checked everywhere! Then they helped us pack everything into boxes and they were very careful with our fragile items, wrapping them up with bubble wrap, etc. Then they had some big dehumidifiers blow the house for like 2-3 days. After all the construction was completed, they came back to put back everything in its place and did a overall thorough cleanup. This team was very efficient and worked diligently. The only complaint I have is that some things went missing (i.e. door curtains and screws to put back ikea lack shelves) but then the company told us just to go out and purchase the items again and they'll deduct it from what we owe them"

I am certainly no expert in construction but mark was able to walk us through the process and his expertise and knowledge helped us get our roof problem fixed quickly. "We had our toilet overflow in the upper floor en-suite bathroom and it completely flooded our upper and main floors right through to the basement level. We were so grateful and pleased to have such a professional company like Nu-Trend Construction handle this project for us. I have never seen this amount of water inside a home before. Our walls and ceilings were completed saturated with water. I truly did not expect to have this level of service and to have them respond so quickly at that time of the night. The company sent out emergency crews immediately to the house and were on site within 45 mins of us calling with all the necessary equipment on hand. It was rather impressive to see the group of qualified and specialized staff react to the situation. The work started instantaneously to contain and prevent further damage to our house. I was so amazed with the knowledge they presented along with their health and safety protocol to ensure our family’s safety.
